Judith Robert, founder of Groupe DLO, began her career in recruitment more than 20 years ago, as a headhunter, after graduating a Master’s in industrial relationships. She found herself kind of reluctantly returning to this specialty when one of its clients experienced difficulties in recruiting seasonal workers for the winter of 2020.  Subsequently, another client found itself facing a severe shortage of veterinarians.  It was in helping them that Judith carried out her first official recruitment mission in Mexico, in April 2022. Her clients’ ever-growing demand for workers led her to create Groupe DLO (Date La Oportunidad/Donner L’Opportunité) in June 2022.
