Tasks
- Compile data to prepare documents
- Establish and coordinate administrative policies and procedures
- Prepare reports and other documents for review and presentation to executive committees and boards of directors
- Supervise staff
- Train staff
- Analyze memos, briefs, and reports received and sent
- Draft briefs and reports and coordinate the preparation, production, and presentation of these documents
- Prepare meeting agendas and make arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings
- Conduct research
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
- Provide customer service
- Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations
- Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and manage contracts and other documents
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
